The Turner Farm Meat and Egg Philosophy:

At Turner Farm we strive to raise our livestock humanely and to provide a healthy habitat. The pigs can root around in the mud and woods, the chickens roam the gardens and fields, and the sheep graze on pasture year-round.

Meat and Egg CSA

At Turner, we operate a unique program where shareholders can complete animal chores in exchange for meat and eggs. This program is similar to the vegetable Community Supported Agriculture program.

This program is full for 2010.

What animals do you raise?

We raise chicken, pork, and lamb.

When do you have eggs?

We collect eggs twice a day, in the morning and in the evening.

We are now taking orders for chicken, lamb and pork. There is a very limited amount of lamb available, so get your order in quickly!

How to order our naturally-raised meat:

Instead of ordering individual cuts of meat, you can order: a whole chicken, a half or whole lamb, a quarter, half, or whole hog. Then, using our order form, you select which cuts of meat you'd like to receive.

All meat is available by pre-ordering only. To pre-order, you have three options:

Download the desired form or forms from the links to the left. Print out the order form, make your selections, and mail the order form to: 7400 Given Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45243.

Send us an e-mail or give us a phone call (513-561-7400) and provide your name, address, and which type of meat you are interested in and we will mail you the appropriate forms.

Stop by the farm or our stand at Findlay Market and pick up an order form in person. All order forms are kept in the white garage with the “Turner Farm Market” sign.
