Facilities Director
Location: 7400 Given Road, Cincinnati, OH 45243
Terms: Full/Salary
Salary/rate: To be Determined
Requirements: On Call as needed
About the role:
Plan, direct, and/or coordinate functioning and operations of all
buildings and facilities. Including surrounding grounds of the farm.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director
Responsibilities:
Monitor all buildings and facilities to ensure that they remain
safe, secure, and well maintained.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.
Oversee construction and renovation projects.
Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, and supplies.
Set goals and deadlines for the department.
Prepare and review operational reports for needed permits.
Acquire, distribute and store supplies.
Direct facility maintenance and/or repair activities.
Candidate requirements:
Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required
