Facilities Director

Location: 7400 Given Road, Cincinnati, OH 45243

Terms: Full/Salary

Salary/rate: To be Determined

Requirements: On Call as needed

About the role:

  • Plan, direct, and/or coordinate functioning and operations of all

  • buildings and facilities. Including surrounding grounds of the farm.

  • Reporting directly to the Executive Director

    Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all buildings and facilities to ensure that they remain

  • safe, secure, and well maintained.

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems.

  • Oversee construction and renovation projects.

  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for contracts, and supplies.

  • Set goals and deadlines for the department.

  • Prepare and review operational reports for needed permits.

  • Acquire, distribute and store supplies.

  • Direct facility maintenance and/or repair activities.

  • Previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is required
